DESCRIPTION:Support local restaurants and their chosen food-security charities from the comfort of your home through “Dine Around Downtown: Cooking At Home” Edition.”   \nHosted by James Beard Award-winning chef and author Rocco DiSpirito\, this web series features chefs from Lower Manhattan restaurants to cook up signature recipes and share tips for crafting everything from complex gastronomic delights to staple comfort foods. \nJoin Rocco as he chats with Executive chef James Kent and Sous Chef India Doris of Crown Shy. Chef James will show participants how to make their signature Crown Bird Dinner\, while Chef India will share her methods for preparing their Kale Caesar Salad\, as well as her own personal version of Mac & Cheese.
