The demolition of Fiterman Hall is complete. The 15-story Manhattan Community College building at Barclay St. and West Broadway was badly damaged by falling debris from the collapse of 7 World Trade Center.

At 76 stories, the newly topped-off Beekman Tower is the tallest residential building in New York City.
