Goldman Sachs Group Inc. has reached deals to sublease 39% of the 600,000 square feet it has been marketing for nearly two years at 77 Water St. According to a Jones Lang LaSalle study, the space was the largest block of sublease space on the market in the country, as of the third quarter.
