Mailroom is Signed, Sealed and Delivered Fun in LM

Growing up, you are told not to judge a book by it’s cover. The same holds true when it comes to buildings. Especially in Lower Manhattan.

While 110 Wall Street may look like another office building, albeit one that houses WeWork and WeLive, there is a party happening below street level. Follow the sounds of music and fun times to the neighborhood’s newest nightclub — the Mailroom.

Dreamed up by the team that has brought The Surf Lodge, GoldBar, and Lavo New York to the city, the space shares the basement with the building’s actual mailroom. But instead of sorting through incoming and outgoing mail, revelers can enjoy specialty cocktails like the Mailroom Mule or enjoy bocce and shuffleboard while taking in the scene.

And no nightclub scene is complete without live music. On that front, Mailroom delivers. James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem, Mark Ronson, and Clara 3000 have DJ’ed in the space’s first few months. And last week, Lawrence, a soul-funk band, played a surprise free show at the venue.

No need for postage to get in on the action at Mailroom. Stop by and enjoy the beats, drinks and fun.
