Tis *Almost* the Season for the Annual NYSE Christmas Tree Lighting

It’s time to get ready for one of Lower Manhattan’s most festive holiday events: the annual New York Stock Exchange’s Christmas Tree lighting.

On November 30 at 2 p.m., Experience Square outside the NYSE (on the corner of Wall and Broad Streets) will transform into a winter wonderland — with live performances and family-friendly activities sandwiching the main event. Sure, the NYSE tree doesn’t get the same press as the big boy up at 30 Rockefeller, but this one is for real New Yorkers (and as far as we know, no owls’ habitats were harmed in the tree-getting process).

Cocoa and other holiday treats will be on-hand for noshing, plus you might even get a glimpse of Santa.
