Support NYPD and FDNY Families at the Answer the Call Block Party

Party for a good cause on June 26 at the Waterfront Plaza at Brookfield Place, where Answer the Call will throw its annual block party from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Since 1985, Answer the Call, also known as the N.Y. Police and Fire Widows’ & Children’s Benefit Fund, has been providing ongoing support to the families of NYPD, FDNY and PAPD members who have died in the line of duty. The free, family-friendly block party will include carnival games, children’s rides, giveaways, musical performances, NYPD and FDNY demos and more. Post-event, attendees can head to Brookfield Place’s Sixpoint Brewery for happy hour; Sixpoint will be donating a portion of the proceeds from food and drink sales to Answer the Call.
