Celebrate Spring With A Multicourse Easter Brunch At The Beekman

This Easter marks a whole lot of rebirth, and where better to ring it in than with a satisfying brunch at The Beekman? On April 4, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., you can score top dishes like smoked salmon benedict, shakshouka, savory cheddar biscuits and braised Colorado lamb shank inside The Beekman’s socially-distant Bar Room.

It’s the restaurant’s first brunch since the return of indoor dining, so expect the mood to be celebratory indeed. Brunch runs $55 per person; make a reservation online.
