For Composters Having Issues With Container Access

We are happy to report that this issue has been resolved.

Your eGate Digi app should have updated automatically, but if you want to double-check before going to a bin, manually close out the app and reopen it. (Here are the instructions for Android and Apple.) If you check your profile via the top left-hand menu under “Contracts,”  “Organics Pilot Public App User” should be listed underneath.

If for some reason this remains blank after reopening, you can enter the following code: VD1G9EVGTV50

If you continue having issues, please let us know by reporting through the app or via our Contact Us form. Try to include as much detail as possible on what occurred, and if you receive an error message, a screenshot of the app is always helpful.

We try our best not to spam your inboxes, so be sure to follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram or check our compost page for updates.
