Photos: Dine Around Downtown 2025 Was a Blast!
Thanks so much to everyone who came to Dine Around Downtown on June 11 — especially our participating restaurants, who kept everyone happy and fed in the sunshine.
This year’s lunchtime community food festival, held once again at Fosun Plaza (28 Liberty St.), was the best one yet, with beautiful weather, tons of booths serving up tasty meals and an estimated over 15,000 attendees who came out to enjoy the neighborhood’s dishes. This year, we had returning favorites from the likes of Luke’s Lobster, the Fulton and Fraunces Tavern, in addition to first-timers like Otani, Kuu Ramen and Printemps’s Café Jalu, totaling 48 restaurants in all — nearly three times the number we had at our first Dine Around Downtown community food festival in 1997.
As always, host Rocco DiSpirito put his emcee skills to work, and the Kelly Green Quartet provided smooth sounds to pair with all the tasty $5 to $10 bites. We’d like to extend special thanks to our co-presenting host sponsor, Fosun, as well as to community sponsor Pine Street School, and to Con Edison, who provided support for our Zero Waste initiative. Peruse our photos from the event, and ready your bellies for Lunch Box in the fall!
