You heard the news about the return of Dine Around Downtown’s festival for Tuesday, June 7. Now it’s time to decide which Lower Manhattan restaurants you’re going to sample when perusing the neighborhood’s premier tasting event from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Fosun Plaza (28 Liberty Street).
