Return of the Mac: Four Macaroni and Cheese Dishes at Dine Around Downtown

Not that mealtime ever gets stale in Lower Manhattan, but one of the neighborhood’s best lunch breaks is almost here, with 42 restaurants coming to Fosun Plaza (28 Liberty St.) to peddle their tastiest dishes. And if you’re looking for a little comfort food, we’ve got you covered.

On Tuesday, June 6, the Downtown Alliance is hosting Dine Around Downtown from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Among the many delectable dishes that the annual food festival has always had in ample supply is macaroni and cheese — a smorgasbord of it, in fact, ranging from $5 to $9! Check out these perfectly gooey, cheese-y offerings:

• Stone Street Tavern: Lobster mac and cheese
• Stout NYC FiDi: Mac and cheese lollipops
• Route 66 Smokehouse: Pulled pork mac and cheese
• Beckett’s Bar & Grill: Lobster mac and cheese
