The next installment in the Downtown Alliance’s “Dine Around Downtown: Cooking at Home Edition” comes Thursday, April 8, when Chef Joseph Mallol of Harry’s shows participants how to make their signature Beef Wellington with Truffle Sauce and Roasted Baby Carrots.
The virtual tutorial is free and encourages donations to Harry’s preferred food-security charity FoodCorps.
“Dine Around Downtown: Cooking at Home Edition” is hosted by award-winning chef Rocco DiSpirito and zooms into the kitchens of Lower Manhattan, where chefs share recipes and tips on everything from complex gastronomic delights to go-to comfort foods.
