Need a Ride Around the Nabe? Hop on the FREE Downtown Connection Bus

With summer winding down and the busy back-to-school season approaching, it’s time for another reminder: the Downtown Alliance offers a free circulator bus service in the district. Whether you’re loaded down with groceries and/or new school supplies, need some help getting around or just want to sit for a sec, our bright red Downtown Connection buses will get you where you want to go.

Our five state-of-the-art buses operate daily, making 36 stops around the perimeter of Lower Manhattan. Please note that the bus is not affiliated with or included in any tours for purchase, so please do not pay for the bus, or buy packages that claim to include the Downtown Connection as an element of the tour. Service runs from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Check out the map below for the full route. For real-time bus tracking and arrival times, please see this map, or use Transit (Apple | Google Play), Google Maps (Apple | Google Play) or another trip planning app.
