Guinness And Shepherd’s Pie Await At The Full Shilling, Now Open For Indoor Dining

Irish bar and restaurant The Full Shilling (160 Pearl Street) has returned for indoor dining. Known for its old-world ambience — the 101-year-old bar was literally shipped from Belfast — the establishment has maintained a loyal lunch and happy hour crowd since its 1999 opening. And while the interior won’t have its usually packed and bustling space due to Covid restrictions, it’s a still cozy pit-stop to take advantage of a pint of Guinness and a plate of fish and chips.

For newbies, The Full Shilling’s menu features traditional pub favorites such as bangers and mash and shepherd’s pie, and bar bites like sliders and wings. Choose between beers on tap or bottle, a full wine list and cocktails, from a classic Old Fashioned to the signature The Wallflower, with apricot-infused vodka, elderflower, and aperol rhubarb bitters topped off with prosecco. Slainte!
