Keep Calm And Learn On With LMHQ’s Virtual Programming

While the doors of LMHQ remain closed to minimize the spread of COVID-19, our sister organization is committed to providing the NYC community with high-quality virtual programming.

For the months of April and May, LMHQ has put together the following workshops and lectures to address some of the most pressing issues of the moment: freelance or part-time work, remote working, conflict management and resilient leadership through times of uncertainty and change.

We hope you’ll and join remotely, until LMHQ can host you in person once again!

Creating Resilient Leadership For Nonprofits
Tuesday, April 28
6:00-7:30p

In order to prepare for times of instability, nonprofit organizations must adopt a proactive model of leadership and create reliable pipelines for leadership development well in advance, rather than only thinking of recruitment when they face a crisis or experience attrition. Senior nonprofit executive Gilles Mesrobian will lead a workshop to help nonprofit leaders cultivate resilience so that they never again struggle with board and volunteer recruitment.

All events are being offered free of charge, but we welcome you to make an optional donation ($5-20) to keep LMHQ’s programming going strong.
