Veggies Take Center Stage At OneSeed, Lower Manhattan’s Newest Fast-Casual Spot

If you’re on the west side of Lower Manhattan and looking for a hot bowl of cauli-fried-rice with poached shrimp or hoping to calm your shakshuka cravings, consider paying a visit to OneSeed.

Veggies take center stage at our new neighborhood’s new fast-casual restaurant. Located at 111 Murray Street, it offers a wide variety of healthy, feel-good meals — replete with fresh, leafy vegetables — and yields a refreshing and colorful take on what a quick meal can offer.

At OneSeed you can take assurance in knowing that your meals and treats are free of dairy, gluten and refined sugars. Founder Nicki Hamilton, who opened her first restaurant in Dallas in 2015, returned to her home roots in Lower Manhattan to contribute her perspective on flavorful and satisfying meals. Food should be fun, healthy and delicious, according to Hamilton, an argument that is evident in her menu.
