This month marked the first webinar, co-hosted by the Downtown Alliance and LMHQ, to highlight Lower Manhattan’s history and potential future. Kicking off our programming was historian and Black Gotham Experience founder Kamau Ware, who outlined the complex and nuanced history of early Black residents and landowners in “The Other Side of Wall Street.”
