- A free temporary space (up to 3 months) for your pop-up storefront in Lower Manhattan
- Up to $15,000 in grant funding for fit-out and operating expenses to support your creative ideas and entrepreneurship
- Assistance with fit-out, design, permitting and insurance.
We are looking for small businesses, entrepreneurs and creative retailers to activate vacant storefronts in our neighborhood, bringing dynamic new ideas and an extra jolt of energy and activity to our streets.
