Colin Jost and Pete Davidson Are Bringing a Free Comedy Boat (Er, Ferry) to Pier 17

Back in 2022, SNL stars and native Staten Islanders Colin Jost and Pete Davidson bought a decommissioned Staten Island Ferry called the “John F. Kennedy” for $280,100. Their plan, they said, was to turn the boat into a floating entertainment center — and over four years later, that dream is becoming a reality right here in Lower Manhattan.
On September 17, head to Pier 17 at the Seaport to board the “Snapple Island Ferry,” a free one-night-only comedy club hosted on Jost and Davidson’s boat, with drink company Snapple serving as a sponsor partner (so, yes, there will be Snapple on board). The 60-minute show will consist of a yet-to-be-announced lineup, with names dropping on Snapple’s social media channels in the days to come. Snapple will also be releasing free pairs of tickets in batches, starting at 3 p.m. on September 3; you can sign up here.
Note that you can only score one pair per person, so don’t plan on bringing your whole crew (but definitely tell everyone to sign up for the drops!). The show starts at 8:30 p.m., with doors open at 7. And did we mention that it’s free?
