Brunch Highlights In Lower Manhattan For This Year’s Easter Holiday

After a year without Easter, it’s delightful to finally be able to (safely) gather and celebrate. And what better way to do it than with brunch? To aid you in your holiday reservation-making for this weekend, we’ve rounded up some great spots in Lower Manhattan where you can treat your family or yourself (no judgment!) with a decadent mid-morning meal.

Here’s what we’ve got on tap.

Aspire at One World Observatory

Spend Sunday 102 floors above Lower Manhattan with a five-course feast and never-ending mimosas, bellinis, bloody Marys and wine. Service runs from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at $175 per head ($75 per head for diners under age 12). Make your reservations here or contact directly by phone (212.602.4090) and email ([email protected]).

The Bar Room at the Beekman

This Easter marks a whole lot of rebirth, and  a big brunch at The Beekman is the way to ring it in. On Sunday, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., score top dishes like smoked salmon benedict, shakshouka, savory cheddar biscuits and braised Colorado lamb shank inside The Beekman’s socially-distant Bar Room.

It’s the restaurant’s first brunch since the return of indoor dining, so expect the mood to be celebratory indeed. Brunch runs $55 per person; make a reservation online.

Harry’s

Easter Sunday’s brunch menu includes options of Lobster Nicoise Salad, Poached Eggs and Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp. Dinner menu options are Roasted Lamb Top Sirloin, Pancetta Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, also with that god forsaken Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp. Delivery is also available for the Easter spread, just be sure to call in advance at (212)785-9200.

Crown Shy

Chef James Kent is bringing some New American flavors to the Easter brunch scene this weekend, with highlights (among many) including a perfectly roasted chicken and pastry chef Renata Ameni’s regaled pull-apart loaf (with olive tapenade slipped in between each slice). Make your reservations now.

Seamores

The neighborhood’s go-to for scrumptious seafood has reservations available at OpenTable. Email [email protected] for booking groups of eight or more.
