Donate Blood, Get A Free Pint At Stout NYC

There’s a citywide blood shortage right now, and donating blood is really easy and mostly painless. You can help by donating a pint this week — and getting a pint of beer in exchange.

Stout NYC (90 John Street) continues its partnership with The New York Blood Center as it’s hosting a blood drive on Monday, June 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Post-blood donation treats consist of juice and cookies, but this time you get that and a gift certificate for a free pint of beer from Stout. You should probably wait a day or so to use it after donating, though. Or not. Up to you!

Donating blood is an easy way to save a life, and the process is safe, with temperature checks at the door and spaced-out stations to ensure social distancing. Sometimes it takes less than half an hour to donate.

Schedule an appointment here. Then use your smartphone to hover over the QR code below and get that tasty sud.
