Dine Outdoors In Style At Wolfgang Puck’s New Terrace Eatery

Big curvy red booths, ample sunshine and prime people watching await you on the new outdoor terrace at Wolfgang Puck’s CUT at Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown (27 Barclay Street).

The terrace opened earlier this month on the Barclay Street side of the Lower Manhattan hotel, and will cater to guests and locals who want to dine outdoors with a “taste of Europe” and a curated playlist. “I strive to transform the expected into something entirely new, and the CUT Terrace is no exception,” Puck said in a press release. “I want my guests to come here to relax, take in the view, listen to great music, enjoy great food and experience exceptional hospitality.”

The terrace features plush, velvety banquettes imported from Italy, which complement the burgundy awnings, surrounded by lush planters and tall privacy hedges.

You can dine on the terrace from noon to 11 p.m. every day, with lunch served from noon to 3 p.m., followed by aperitif service, and then dinner from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Guests are able to enjoy the elevated Puck cuisine including chilled beausoleil oysters, fresh local burrata salad, baby gem smoky caesar salad, ricotta cavatelli and wagyu bolognese and tropical fruit vacherin.

CUT’s full menu will be available on the terrace for dinner, including Maryland blue crab and squash blossom cavatelli, grilled king prawns and grilled Atlantic halibut.

Visit CUT’s site for more information or to make reservations.
