Who Is The Alliance?

Founded in 1995, the Alliance for Downtown New York is the nonprofit that manages the Lower Manhattan business improvement district, essentially everything south of Chambers Street. Our job is to provide service, advocacy, research and information to advance Lower Manhattan as a global model of a 21st century Central Business District.
