Each story is paired with the survivor’s cherished recipes, creating a timeless cookbook with more than 170 entries as diverse as the survivors themselves. A soon-to-be-released 10th anniversary edition is a testament to the resilience and tenacity of the Holocaust survivor community, which turned tragedy to triumph and has imbued us all with faith, hope, and optimism.
