This Flag Day Parade will kick off at noon from City Hall Park, march down Broadway, and end at the grandstand in front of Fraunces Tavern at about 12:30pm. An open house will be underway at Fraunces Tavern Museum, where a ceremony will include student essay contest winners reading their essays on “What the American Flag Means to Me.”
