Science enthusiasts from all walks of life are invited to attend this public series of short, interactive talks from award-winning early-career UK scientists. These young researchers are at the frontlines of research that will shape the future of our lives over the next century. Can we use light to evoke chemical reactions? Are magnetic molecules the future of data storage? What can the extinction of dinosaurs teach us about our changing planet? Get the answers from the honorees of the 2021 Blavatnik Awards for Young Scientists in the United Kingdom. Following the talks, a moderated panel discussion will explore trends and insights influencing innovation for the future of the United Kingdom and beyond. This event will take place at London’s magnificent Banqueting House in Whitehall. Both in-person and virtual (webinar) attendance options are available through their respective registration boxes below. Attendance is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
