Lunar New Year: East Asian Architecture
February 17 @ 10:30 am
Join us for our Lunar New Year Family Program as we explore the vernacular architecture of East Asia from ancient times to the skyscraper spires of today. By learning about history, architecture, and planning, we’ll build a broader understanding of how these buildings came to be, what they teach us about height in history, and why they ignite our excitement about building tall. Then, to celebrate Lunar New Year, we’ll create illuminated paper lanterns inspired by the architecture we explored!
