The Glass Clouds Ensem­ble presents a 45-minute con­cert of clas­si­cal & con­tem­po­rary music that reflects on our del­i­cate rela­tion­ship with nature through light and dark­ness – paired with art­work by Queens-based painter Clara Curbera. The pro­gram will fea­ture music for voice and string instru­ments, span­ning from the 1600s to the present, from inti­mate works for baroque cham­ber ensem­ble to dra­mat­ic works of new music with spa­tial­ized electronics.
