Can’t Pass Up a Burger and Fries for Under $11 at Mister Dips Seaport

When our team got peckish during a recent photoshoot, we needed to order something quick and close by. The winning spot was Mister Dips, one of several excellent food choices covering Pier 17’s ground perimeter.

Originally debuting in an airstream at The William Vale in Brooklyn (sup neighbor), Mister Dips’s first brick-and-mortar location on 89 South Street has everything you need in a fast casual grill joint: Cool interior with airy views of the water, delicious menu with vegetarian options, seasonal dessert shakes and plenty of beer on tap.

While we didn’t partake in dessert or bubbly on the clock, we did treat ourselves to a classic burger with waffle fries, which were delivered fast, well-seasoned… and under $11 with tax, which makes this a darn good deal in the Seaport District.

The best part of our pitstop was plopping down on the spacious Pier 17 steps to devour our snack by the water. We envision concert goers will relish the same activity once Pier 17 music series kicks off on July 30.

Mister Dips is open Wednesday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
