It seems like everyone is pinching pennies these days, but even if you aren’t on a budget, it feels good to score some occasional deals. The best deal out there? Below, we rounded up some of the best bars, restaurants and cafes in Lower Manhattan where you can booze for cheap and walk away with a full belly, with a few all-day and weekend happy hours on the list, as well. Whether you’re looking for riverfront relaxation or $5 martinis, let this be your guide to budget-friendly bar hopping.
