Zoom In And Learn How To Make Keste’s Margherita and Montanara Pizzas (Gluten-Free!)
The next installment in the Downtown Alliance’s “Dine Around Downtown: Cooking at Home Edition” comes Thursday, April 22, when Chef Roberto Caporuscio of Keste Wall Street shows participants how to make their traditional and gluten-free Margherita and Montanara Pizzas.
The virtual tutorial is free and encourages donations to Keste’s preferred food-security charity City Harvest.
“Dine Around Downtown: Cooking at Home Edition” is hosted by award-winning chef Rocco DiSpirito and zooms into the kitchens of Lower Manhattan, where chefs share recipes and tips on everything from complex gastronomic delights to go-to comfort foods.
