Zoom in to Learn How to Make Rohan Duck Breast Over Coals With Fig and Fennel
The Downtown Alliance is highlighting some of our favorite local spots in the web series, “Dine Around Downtown: Cooking At Home” edition.
Hosted by award-winning chef Rocco DiSpirito, the series features chefs from Lower Manhattan restaurants who cook up signature recipes and share tips for crafting everything from complex gastronomic delights to go-to comfort foods. It’s free to sign up and participate, and any donations go to a good cause — either directly to the restaurant’s employee-relief funds or to a food-security charity of the restaurant’s choice.
Register now to learn how to make Rohan duck breast over coals with fig and fennel with Temple Court’s Executive Chef Matthew Dahlkemper on September 17.
Future installments of “Dine Around Downtown: Cooking At Home” will feature Benares (October 1) and Casa Taqueria (October 15). You can pre-register for these installments here.
The series launched earlier this summer with America’s first restaurant Delmonico’s, followed by Gnoccheria and Taïm. All previous episodes are available on YouTube.
