Fulton Stall Market’s Fall CSA Is Full of Autumnal Goodies

The air is cool and crisp at last, and as always, you can count on Fulton Stall Market to ring in fall with 12 weeks of produce and other seasonal delights. Through December 19, you can sign up for the market’s fall CSA, with 15 share options of farm products and fresh prepared local foods including: vegetables, fruit, sprouts, eggs, mushrooms, farmstead cheese, fresh pasta, seafood, chicken, buffalo beef, pork, trout/lox, buffalo dairy, charcuterie and even flowers. All CSA produce and products come from farms mainly in the tri-state area, so you’re supporting local businesses in addition to netting tasty seasonal delicacies.

Highlights include fall vegetables from Rogowski Farm in Pine Island, New York; fruit from Breezy Hill Orchard in Staatsburg, New York; farmstead cheeses from a number of farms in the tri-state area; fresh pasta from Knoll Krest Farm in Clinton Corners, New York; seafood from American Pride Seafood in Farmingdale, Long Island; trout and lox from Hudson Valley Fisheries; and beef from Riverine Ranch in Washington, New Jersey.

Sign-ups, prices and pickup times are all online.
