No Scurvy in 2025: Sign Up for Fulton Stall Market’s Winter Farm Share!
We’re having our first snowy winter in years, but that doesn’t mean you should spend the next few months solely subsisting on cocoa and chili. Fulton Stall Market’s winter CSA kicks off on January 9, with plenty of seasonal goods and produce to nourish you through March.
Marking its 31st consecutive season serving the Lower Manhattan community, the winter CSA runs for 11 weeks through March 20, with 16 share options of high-quality local farm products and freshly prepared local foods for you to choose from: vegetables, fruit, sprouts, eggs, mushrooms, farmstead cheese, fresh pasta, seafood, chicken, buffalo beef, pork, lamb, trout and lox, buffalo dairy, heat and serve and charcuterie. The goods come directly from farmers and local producers, and the majority of farms participating in the CSA come from the tri-state area, so you’ll be helping small businesses in addition to enjoying delicious fruits, veggies, cheeses and more.
This season’s offerings include winter vegetables from New York’s Rogowski Farm, sprouts from Brooklyn’s Union Square Grassman, eggs and fresh pasta from Knoll Crest Farm in Clinton Corners, seafood from Catch of the Hamptons and American Pride Seafood on Long Island, beef from Riverine Ranch in New Jersey and lamb from Fat Apple Farm in Pine Plains, New York (this one’s a newcomer!). There’s plenty more on the list to tempt you.
Sign up now for the full season, or join anytime before March 20 at a pro-rated cost. Signups, prices and pickup times are all online.
