Indoor Dining In NYC Expanding To 50% Capacity

With Covid-19 hospitalizations on the decline, Governor Cuomo announced on Wednesday that starting March 19, capacity for indoor dining in New York City can expand by 50%.

Indoor dining resumed in February, with restaurants reopening at 25% capacity and increasing to 35% one week later. News reports have suggested that the reopening might have caused slight upticks in infections, though infections are declining overall.

As always, if you’re planning to do some indoor dining, remember to wear your mask when talking to your server and tip generously.
