Lower Manhattan Is CucKUU for Ramen

Kuu Ramen

Kuu Ramen took the 4 train down from the Upper East Side to serve hot bowls of fresh ramen at 20 John Street. The word that comes to mind when slurping these noodles is “fresh.” And with the broth and noodles made in house, it’s easy to see why. Vegetarian? Not a problem —  they make veggie broth too!

In addition to great ramen, they also have great donburi (rice bowls), tempura, an array of awesome starters, soups and a cooler of Japanese drinks.

So if you’re a Ramen buff, or just looking for a new lunch or dinner spot, swing by Kuu Ramen. You won’t regret it.
