The WTC Beer Garden Officially Opens on April 1 

We got a small taste of it over St. Patrick’s Day weekend, but on April 1, the Oculus Beer Garden is making it official: outdoor drinking season is BACK. Stop by 2 World Trade Center Plaza next week for brews, wines and beer garden-friendly bites like bratwurst and Bavarian pretzels. If you miss the opening, worry not. The beer garden will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily until October 31, so you can pop by after work (or, heck, during — we don’t judge!) until the cold weather comes back. Expect announcements about live music and upcoming events to come soon. 

And if the beer garden isn’t enough of a seasonal WTC Plaza draw for you, Smorgasburg WTC returns to Fulton Street on April 5. Every Friday through October from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. you’ll find tasty offerings from a slew of local eateries; see the full list here.
