While shopping in Lower Manhattan this holiday season, be sure to look to the skies and make a wish upon one of the 199 shooting stars in Lower Manhattan.

For the 17th year in a row, the Downtown Alliance has installed holiday lights – stringing up shooting stars and star clusters throughout the district –  to brighten up the neighborhood for the holidays until the first week in January.
