Feast on Tin Building Delights at the Five-Course Taste of Tin Dinner
Facts are facts: Good things come packaged in tin (fish, beans, soups, etc.), and the restaurants at the Tin Building are no exception. If you haven’t yet tried all that Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s food hall has to offer, you can treat yourself to the Taste of Tin Dinner, a special five-course meal in the Tin Building’s intimate Tasting Studio space at the Seaport on October 24.
The globally inspired menu curated by the Jean-Georges team will feature dishes from five of the Tin Building’s restaurants including Fulton Fish Co., Frenchman’s Dough, House of the Red Pearl and T. Brasserie. The meal — tuna tartare, butternut squash agnolotti, black sea bass, ribeye steak and a seasonal dessert — will be paired with wines to complement each dish.
The two hour culinary experience will be on Thursday, October 24 from 7 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $198 (gratuity included) plus tax and are still available here.
