Tomorrow, Tomorrow I Love Ya Tomorrow!

Along a stretch of Pearl Street near the South Street Seaport sits one of Lower Manhattan’s newest restaurants.

Tomorrow is a new fast-casual spot you need to check out TODAY!  Serving up Chinese home-style dishes in a welcoming space, diners can choose three menu options (plus rice) for the price of $10 and the opportunity to see into the kitchen. Tomorrow combines the time-savings of buffets with the quality food that you would expect from the people behind the Michelin Bib Gourmand winning MáLà Project.

Part of the fun at Tomorrow is the opportunity to combine old standbys like fried pancakes and leftover fried rice with more unique offerings like pig ear in chili oil. They are all worth checking out, but the spicy chicken with cucumbers, pork and noodles, and the cold noodles are particular standouts.

The spicy chicken and cold cucumbers play off each other nicely while the pork and noodles are everything you want from the dish thanks to an ample serving and perfectly cooked pork.

The credit card only restaurant has tables for those who would like to linger and single dishes can be purchased for $4. Tomorrow is open, everyday, from 11 AM to 9 PM. So don’t put off your visit any longer, your day has come — head over to Tomorrow, today!
