At Happy Hour, Downtown Alliance Will Introduce 75 Wall Street Residents to Hive at 55 ‘Coworking’ Space

WHAT: The Alliance for Downtown New York will hold a happy hour for residents of 75 Wall Street, a luxury condominium building in Lower Manhattan, to introduce them to the Hive at 55 “coworking” space. Representatives from the Hive, the Downtown Alliance’s shared work facility, will attend the event and discuss its amenities, upcoming events and membership options.

Located at 55 Broad Street in Lower Manhattan – just blocks from 75 Wall Street – the Hive at 55 provides shared workspace for more than 30 people, three private workrooms., Wi-Fi, fax, printer and copier machines, conference rooms and bike storage. The Hive was included in Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg’s MediaNYC 2020 plan, a program of eight initiatives to strengthen the media industry. Additionally, the Hive received $100,000 in support from New York City Economic Development Corporation.

The largest building of its kind south of Canal Street, 75 Wall Street Condominium Residences sits above the Hyatt Corporation’s Andaz Wall Street hotel. The residences offer a full range of amenities, including the hotel’s Wall and Water restaurant and Bar 75, and the Club 75 Rooftop Lounge and Terrace – where the happy hour will be held.

The event will also include snacks from Cipriani Wall Street, chocolate from La Maison du Chocolat and wine from the Greene Grape. Additionally, South Street Seaport will provide all attendees with $10 complimentary gift cards.
