Downtown’s transit infrastructure can go toe-to-toe with any neighborhood in Manhattan, making commuting a breeze from far flung corners of the city as well as from desirable residential communities in Long Island, the Hudson Valley, Westchester and New Jersey. 

Whether it’s by subway, rail, bike or ferry, Lower Manhattan’s breadth of transportation options makes it one of the city’s most accessible business locations. In fact, 90 percent of jobs in the neighborhood are located within a 5-minute walk from subway or PATH lines.
