Four Must-Have Cocktails to Celebrate Manhatta’s Return

You’ve heard the good news — Danny Meyer’s celebrated restaurant Manhatta is finally back in business after two years of pandemic closure. Perched on the 60th floor of 28 Liberty, the ritzy spot is perhaps best known for its spectacular scenic views and scene-y vibes. But don’t let the window-dressings distract you: Manhatta makes one heck of a cocktail.

Here are four of our favorite creative pours to pair with those stunning vistas.

Deep Fake Negroni

A funky twist on an Italian favorite, Manhatta’s star Negroni is made with strawberry-infused Amass Gin, Kina L’Aero, Blanc & dry vermouth, and lemon and olive.

Goodbye Roses

Practically a garden in a glass, this potent and fruity cocktail features Iichiko Sochu, gin, Cocchi Rosa, pomegranate, lemon, almond, egg and rose petal.

Manhatta(n)

(Get it?) Manhatta does the classic their own way, mixing up a hip flavor combo of Ragtime Rye, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, raspberry, walnut and coffee bitters.

Pollen Oats

You can go for this tasty concoction, made with fennel pollen-infused bourbon, Aperol, cherry, honey, ginger and kombucha.
