Now Open: Urbanspace’s New Food Hall at 100 Pearl

Your lunch break just got a little more exciting. Urbanspace — which has opened higher-end, chef-driven food halls in several New York neighborhoods — has arrived in Lower Manhattan.

The new location at 100 Pearl Street boasts a whole bunch of vendors that cater to every craving, with options including Plant Junkie, Coney Shack, Gabriela’s Cocina de Mexico, Grind, Pita Yeero, Que Chevere, Top Hops and Twenty One Grains. The food hall’s original concept was to celebrate “elevated street fare,” and though that’s still the deal, Urbanspace has also expanded to connecting creative chefs and food entrepreneurs with customers seeking unique food options.

The following is a current list of the shops at 100 Pearl.

—

Pita Yeero

Reinventing New York’s quintessential street food with the taste of Greek home cooking.

Plant Junkie

100% plant-based comfort food

Pizza Gang

Pizza Gang serves the lightest pizza dough you can find with premium Italian ingredients. “It’s the crazy association between an old Italian lady master of the pizza dough and her two kind-of-lazy grandsons born in New York,” says Roman-born Chef Vincenzo who protects and transmits the Roman Pizza recipe at Pizza Gang.

Extra Sauce

A modern American take on classic smash burgers and fried chicken sandwiches, made with love in New York City.

Twentyonegrains

Chef-crafted, nourishing salads and grain bowls. 100% gluten-free.

Gabriela’s Taqueria

Delicious homemade Mexican food.

Bao by Kaya

Taiwanese cuisine and signature baos served steamy and fresh, with multiple meat options.

Senshi Ramen

Offering a twist on contemporary Japanese food, Senshi Ramen specializes in creative homemade noodle dishes and delightful izakaya-style small plates. Don’t miss the custom Nin’niku Black Garlic Ramen with Grandma’s Chili Oil for the extra kick.

Que Chevere

Translating to “how fantastic,” Que Chevere originated on the Lower East Side and pays homage to Owner Mike’s Puerto Rican heritage and family.

Coney Shack

A boardwalk beach-style concept serving popular Mexican and American dishes with a Southeast Asian twist. Flavor meets fun in Coney Shack’s exciting street food dishes such as hot dogs, tacos and bowls.

Playa Bowls

Playa Bowls is your slice of summer, anytime. Using the freshest, highest quality ingredients, they serve acai, pitaya, and coconut bowls and smoothies with sustainability and community in mind.

Top Hops

More than a bottle shop, more than a craft beer bar, Top Hops is a celebration of beer and those who brew it. (Coming soon.)

Note that you can catch Urbanspace’s eclectic offerings all over town — the company’s already-existing food halls in the city include one across from Grand Central and one in the General Electric building in Midtown, featuring a selection of local and artisanal food concepts.
