Caribbean Dance Fitness is a high energy, fun, and liberating experience that promotes community and culture. It consists of a series of mini routines set to the rhythms and grooves of the Caribbean islands, that will have you jumping, waving, and smiling while moving your waistline and toning your entire body. Part of the Fandango Skip, a temporary installation offering ice cream and mental health support.
