In celebration of Earth Week, enjoy this cooking demonstration and talk on the wonders of locally sourced honey. In partnership with the Institute of Culinary Education, a small taste and tips on how to incorporate this natural sweetener into everyday meals will be offered by Chef Ann Ziata . A sample jar of BPC Honey will be distributed to participants in attendance, first come, first served, while supplies last.
