Here’s Your Chance to Dine in Style on the Balcony of a Landmarked Building
A dinner party on the balcony of a landmarked New York City building usually requires knowing someone with access to a sweet penthouse. Not anymore: Resident has relaunched its event series featuring supper clubs in unique residential locations with a marquee event at the landmarked Broad Exchange Building in Lower Manhattan.
On August 13 and 14, Resident will host guests on the 2,838-square-foot balcony of one of the penthouse units at 25 Broad Street (which happens to be larger than the interior of the penthouse itself), featuring a Korean-inspired tasting menu and wine pairings.
The menu will be curated by Chef Ki Kim, who has cooked at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Matsuhisa, Jungsik, Atomix and Blanca. His menu for the events includes broccoli cheddar toast, steamed California rockfish, cinnamon kombucha and Korean BBQ dry-aged pork collar.
