Everybody Loves 3 Times Dim Sum
3 Times Dim Sum (38 Water Street) might be the (relatively) new kid on the block in Lower Manhattan, but here’s a friendly reminder at just how much our new neighbor has been crushing it in recent history: Last year’s New York Times review praised the local franchise’s dumplings — “supple enough that the bottoms sag under the weight of the soup, but sturdy enough to prevent breakage” — and Eater’s Robert Sietsema “was surprised to discover a dining room way more comfortable than most fast-casual restaurants,” and enjoyed the “appropriately thick-skinned” potstickers for being “a little rounder than others around town and stuffed with flavorful ground pork.”
Owner Jason Zhu and chef Jennifer Yang keep things affordable (those pot stickers are priced under $7) and served up hot and fast —and, should you need extra comfort, 3 Times Dim Sum is also, naturally, available for delivery.
