Bonjour Lower Manhattan!

Le Pain Quotidien, the cozy Belgian coffee shop and bakery chain, has opened its U.S.  flagship right here in Lower Manhattan.  Located at 85 Broad Street in a space shared by WeWork, the eatery strives to make eating simple, yet delicious. Le Pain’s comfortable atmosphere and long communal wooden tables also provide an ideal atmosphere for leisurely conversations and for “breaking bread.”

Open every day, the flagship store includes an in-house bakery, an exquisite dinner menu, a bar, take-out and, perhaps mostly importantly, free Wi-Fi.

Come in for any meal of the day, pastries, breads or a strong cup of coffee. Some items to keep your eye on: the spiced apple cider, grilled ham & cheese sandwich and the speculoos tiramisu.

Le Pain Quotidien, which has other downtown locations in Battery Park City and Tribeca, also offers catering and bakery classes.
