Check Into Fitness At The W New York – Downtown

The W New York – Downtown is more than a hotel — now, it’s a fitness destination!

On June 3rd and 4th, the hotel is hosting the first “W Fit Fest”, a two-day marathon of fitness classes (on property and off)  that includes an overnight stay at the hotel.

It all starts with a one hour, Kick-Off Bootcamp on Friday night at 6 P.M., followed by a Cool Down Happy Hour afterwards. On Saturday, there are four great classes: an Agility Run along the piers on the West Side Highway, Boxing, Tabata Core and Inner Rebel Yoga. Think of it as an overview of your weekly workout regimen, packed into two days at the W New York – Downtown.

It’s W, so prepare for lots of crunches, cardio, a crazy DJ and, of course, cocktails. If don’t have time for an overnight stay but live nearby, you can take advantage of individual classes.

So kick off your summer by checking in, working out and then resting up!
